Open the estate with us
We're hiring the first team of a brand-new house on Seneca Lake — every part of it, full-time, part-time and seasonal, with the titles shaped around the people who join.

A house being born by hand.A house beingborn by hand.
A barn first raised in 1487, taken down in France and reborn among the vines of Seneca Lake. The doors open in August — and we are building the team that will open them.

“A new house, a first vintage, everything still to do. We're looking for people who care about doing it well.”
The team we are building
A whole team, for a whole house.A whole team,for a whole house.
We are hiring across the estate — the counter, the cellar, the events, and the people who will lead them. Full-time, part-time and seasonal, all of it starting this season.
On the floor, with the guests
Welcome people to the barn and lead them through a tasting, at their pace. Tell the story of the house, guide guests toward the wines and the club, and take care of the room — glassware, counter, orders, closing.
In the cellar and the vines
Work alongside Sébastien through the year of the wine: harvest, pressing, racking, bottling, and the daily care of a cellar. Above it, the vines planted in 1976 that need hands in every season.
Events and private groups
Host celebrations, trade visits and private groups in the barn — plan the day with the host, set the room, run the service, and close it properly once everyone has left.
Leading a team
Hold the daily life of the house: build the schedule, train the people who join, keep the standard of service steady, follow the stock and the numbers, and grow the club season after season.

What we look for
Care over speed
We do everything by taste. The same patience we give the wine, we give the guest.
First-day spirit
Nothing here is set yet. We want people who see an empty room as a possibility, not a problem.
Craft & curiosity
You don't need a wine résumé — you need to care about doing things properly, and to keep learning.
Apply
Tell us your story.Tell usyour story.
Every application is read personally by Céline and Sébastien. If your story fits the estate, you'll hear from us before the doors open.
Experience is welcome but not required — what matters is care, curiosity and the wish to build something from its first day.
