Tasting Room & Hospitality
Welcome guests to the barn, pour with intention, and tell the story of 1487 — from a French vineyard to Seneca Lake. The first faces of the estate.

Cellar & Vineyard
Work the oldest vines of the Finger Lakes and the wines that rest ten years on the lees. Hands-on craft, alongside a sixth-generation Champagne family.

Kitchen & Pairings
Compose the plates and pairings that meet our wines — seasonal, precise, rooted in place. A small kitchen with a clear point of view.

Events & Management
Shape private functions, founding-member evenings and the daily rhythm of a brand-new house. For those who want to build, not just run.
