The family behind the three hundred
Six generations of Champagne, one new roof on Seneca Lake
Sébastien is the sixth generation of a Champagne winemaking family; Céline grew up among the vines her grandfather tended, facing the Pyrénées. Together they built Domaine LeSeurre in the Finger Lakes — and 1487 Héritage is their newest chapter. Founding members join it before the doors open.
